Wild at Heart |

Following her retirement from a distinguished
career in the “corporate” world, Ginny co-founded Wild at Heart with her old
school mate Caro Willson. Based in the Surrey Hills, Wild at Heart makes a
range of products to go with meats and cheeses, all using locally picked
wild fruits and made from traditional recipes. Ginny will tell us about the
challenges they faced in starting Wild at Heart and their aspirations for
its future |

of loose tea including white, green, oolong, black, puerh and scented teas,
and will have samples of tea leaves to show the difference between them |

Ben and Will have recently set up the Garden
Cider Company using apples from local gardens and giving back cider to the
donors in lieu of payment. They are based at Wormley and will talk about
the ethos of the company and bring samples for tasting |

Becky will speak about her company, Rebecca’s
Cupcakes, which creates a wide range of handmade cupcakes and traybakes,
and specialises in bespoke cupcakes for weddings and other celebrations |
