Tuesday mornings weekly

With James Langcake is skilled at teaching all levels in the same class. 

Lawnsmead Hall 

A sequence of slow movements accompanied by warm up exercises, which are learned over time.  With practice one should retain fitness, strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and balance, therefore assisting in the prevention of falls.  It is found to be energizing and relaxing of body and mind.  New members welcome. To book a place contact one of the Group Organisers

 Improvers class 9:30 - 11:00 and a Newcomers class 11:15 - 12:45 
Autumn Programme: 6, 13, 20 and 27 September, 4,11 and 18 October, 1, 8, 22 and 29 November  (Half term 25 October)  

Please note 15 November has been cancelled. Extra date 6 December

The 10-week Spring programme costs £35 and the 11 week Summer programme costs £38– Cheques should be made payable to U3A Wonersh)
