A
sequence of slow movements accompanied by warm up exercises, which are
learned over time. With practice one should retain fitness,
strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and balance, therefore assisting in
the prevention of falls. It is found to be energizing and relaxing
of body and mind. New members welcome. To book a place contact one
